        The employees that helped me were fabulous. The guy with long hair was very helpful to me and my wife and the young lady was excellent also

        It took two hours to get my eye exam done and they are not very friendly. I was also told my glasses would be ready for pick up in two weeks. 3 weeks later my order status states it is pending with no estimated timeframe. It is impossible to get ahold of anyone when calling. On top of that they have a virtual doctor performing some tests as well. Not sure if that is normal nowadays but it was extremely weird.

        I was greeted as soon as I walked in I explained that I wanted a new pair of glasses, explained where the frames were and to browse through them and find something you like I was then greated by another rep who Walked me through the ordering prosess absolutely an exceptional experience 10 stars to the entire staff in this location
