This place got my prescription wrong 3xs. They also lost my contact order multiple times and had no record of the order. Angel a MAN employee very spicy by the way, who answers the phones didnt have an answer to my question and instead of finding out (helping) he KEPT hanging up on me! I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager and wouldnt let me speak to anyone until I said I was coming up there. I spoke to Monica the substandard manager she ordered and then she lost my second order AGAIN she even said I wouldnt be mad if you cursed me out she was very uneasy on the eyelid never do that her life is probably already hard. They force you to get rotator contacts that stay blurry every time you blink, but its more money for them. Monica then let me speak to her manager MIND YOU IM STILL WITHOUT GLASSES & CONTACTS (cant see) Gina she is very calculated and cunning and inadequate, she had no answers, she let time lamps so I had to pay $80 for another eye exam BUT THEY KEPT LOSING MY ORDERS she ordered contacts for me and lost them too the 3rd time, Gina has BAD bedside manner she is awful and was very Condescending with no accountability as GM, she should be demoted. The 4th order my RX contacts came but was wrong!!!!!!!! VERY LAZY NASTY AMATEURSISH UNORGANIZED UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF PEOPLE/place. GINA IS THE BIGGEST DOWNFALL OF THIS PLACE
