Walgreens pharmacy is the worst. They dont tell you why a prescription is delayed. I called and they said I had one person ahead of me. I waited 20 minutes and they never picked up. I go up there and the prescription was never even pulled off the machine. Ive waited all day and now I have to wait at the pharmacy while they fill it. Short staffed and some dont really know what they are doing.

Very hard to get a hold of the pharmacy when you call them. They say the phones never ring but never fixed the problem

I went to walgreens today and when i went in I asked the lady working there for help she told me what aisle to look in and when i went to that aisle and couldn't find it i asked her for help again and she said in a rude manner that it was down the aisle she told me. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the Manager. Catherine was very unpleasant and had very bad customer service. I will not be going back i have plenty of other stores to go to.

This is by far the worst pharmacy around!!! The staff are like robots-- they are beyond rude and have zero personality. Any time you call you will get transferred ... no one can ever seem to help you or provide the correct information. The drive-thru is always a solid 30+ minute wait! I'm transferring all of my prescriptions over to Rite Aid. They have a much more helpful staff who actually take pride in their work!
