Mark and his company Greenmark came to our rescue in a ver difficult time. We had lost our father and needed to sell his home. This home needed a ton of work to get that done. Living almost 100 miles away we were not sure how that was going to happen. Mark and his team coordinated all the repairs and trades to get the work done quickly and with top notch quality. As if that wasn't enough, they staged this home beautifully when it was time to list it and within days we had multiple offers all above asking price. Mark took care of it all for us and settlement was a breeze. We ultimately sold this home for more than we ever dreamed would happen and that is all due to Mark and his team. They were professional, responsive, on time and stress free. We did not have to ask for updates as we received them multiple times per week. I cannot recommend Mark Posey and his team highly enough! Recently went through the application and viewing process with agent Lauren Posey. It was an absolute nightmare. Heavily delayed response time and deadend communication. I reccomend saving your time and resources and renting through someone else, you'll be glad you did.
