January 2021 I found Chemaye from the listing of a home that had sold. When we first spoke, we hit it off instantly! I explained that I have a complicated schedule but Chemaye immediately assured me that both her and her assistant can handle anything. I'm not sure but the conviction in her voice put me at ease.
Almost immediately after that conversation I informed her that I had to have a serious surgery and house hunting will have to wait. Chemaye sent me texts of encouragement during my recovery but never in that "are you ready to purchase now" way.
Almost five months later I was ready and Chemaye was simply amazing! She told me what to expect and I was never surprised. Chemaye was accessible and very responsive. About two weeks later, I found "the one".
Chermaye knows the paperwork and was a boss when negotiating repairs. Beyond closing and at the time of inspection, she was a perfectionist. My friend was so amazed at the service I received, Chemaye provided her an out of state referral.
In my experience, Chemaye's response was within one hour, she was either on time or early but I love that Chemaye is a straight shooter...always keeping me grounded.. I can honestly say Chemaye will forever be my family's realtor.
