This center director and assistant director is unprofessional, they talk about their own employees & expect us to believe they is the right fit for our children. The communication is terrible here at this center and they move the teachers around to much and dont even warn us . This center has to do better

DO NOT leave a deposit with this center. They will cash in your payment and not communicate with you at all. Paid a deposit and they gave us a start date. That date has passed and we have yet to receive an update from the center. Glad they showed their true character before we left our child in their care It's impossible to reach anyone with authority at this center via phone or email. If they can't even communicate no way should you trust them with the care of your child.

I went for a tour yesterday and was truly disappointed. The preschool teacher was scrolling on her IPad when I walked into the classroom the parent board hasnt been updated since March.. its May! I told the director about it her response to me was enough to know my child will NOT be attending this center. The director stated its supposed to be updated every month So why isnt it ?? For the tuition price everything should be up to date and the director should be giving an actual tour of the entire school not having another teacher show one preschool class. If youre looking for a center look else where!

My son has been going to TLE for not even a year, I have already seen so much growth in him. What I like best about TLE is how welcoming the staff is, and how easily Im able to communicate with the director if need be. I think the world of my sons teachers, not only are they handling the children well, but I can also tell they genuinely care. I dont have any worries with my son being in the care of the TLE staff, they always make sure hes okay and go the extra mile to comfort him on the days he needs a little extra TLC !
