I would not recommend COA for daycare services to any parent who child has any sort of disability. My twins have a speech delay and was isolated in a corner barricaded by bookshelves. They weren't giving any attention/assistance or the chance to be apart of lessons. The director called me off of work almost every week with some sort of issue that wasn't worth me picking my child up early for. The pricing for this daycare is outrageous for the service provided. And they are always under staff. They only want your money but aren't able to provide the services. Your child will be home with you more then at the daycare, not worth the headache nor drama.

This establishment allowed a child to get bullied and refused to do the proper paperwork for an incident report because it evolved the directors child and another employees child. They then fired a teacher there that reported the incident to the parent. This is ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE!! You all should be ashamed of yourselves for covering up something like that. Then asking the mother to not lawyer up. Yall are PATHETIC! I hope she sues this business and win. You all shouldnt work with children if this is how you handle conflict. Just a disgrace.

Do not bring your children here. They will not be safe. The director and a teacher both have children who attend and they are bullies. They are never reprimanded and the director covers over the disgusting behavior of those children.

BE AWARE , this center is allowing kids to be assaulted by other kids and they are not reporting it. This is NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT for your child. PLEASE do not enroll your children here. Im disgusted with the way the director handles incidents. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would .
