Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I only go here because my company has an account here otherwise I would tell everyone I know to avoid it. Every time I have to go here there are at least 3 workers sitting around while the ONE teller handles the line to the door. Clearly nobody cares. All other BofA locations I have been to are not like this so its obviously just this branchs issue.

My father went to exchange coins (which were already packed) for cash. The clerk gave him an attitude as if she doesnt get paid to do these type of transactions. They made him wait a very long time and then kept asking if he had an account and asked for his social security number. My father has his mortgage with Bank of America and never misses and this is the type of treatment he gets? Please tell your staff to find another place to work if they are so bothered by the things they are supposed to do.

We visited this BOA on a Saturday and were turned away because they didnt have a banker available and we didnt have an appointment. Are appointments required? Answer, No. Ok, thats fine, so we made an appointment for 9AM Monday morning. Its now Monday morning and we arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. The lobby is supposed to open at 9:00. Its 9:30, the lights are out, and the door is locked. So frustrating.
