        I came in to set up an account and received amazing service. I was helped by Brittany O'Neal who was thorough, clear, concise and kind. She made sure that my online banking was properly set up as well as all cards properly ordered. I was also met by Emma who also displayed great customer service.

        Very inconvenient! Bank closes at 4pm! I guess they rather service the unemployed. What about people who work normal business hours? This is unacceptable! Also branches are closing in my area which makes it more difficult. I switched to BOA because of the many branches and late hours. This totally defeats my purpose. Very unsatisfied!

        I bank very little of Bank of America. Youll notice your banking experience will be completely lacking. A simple request turned into two bankers: Nelson and Paula lying directly in my face. How do I know? The bank down the street on Lake Arbor Way assisted with what they lied and said they could not. BOA employs some of the worst of them. These two included.
