It seems like Marilyn Mosby is running this office cuz it's extremely currupt ... letting criminals get away with everything.i was physically assaulted and held against my will and they wouldn't done nothing....then I people make false statements against me cop Knew it.. but was arrested anyway and spent night in jail found not guilty commissioner said I should never bin arrested..and police and state attorney's office will not do nothing for this wrong doing when making false statements it a crime....

I'm the Victim in a case and Kim and Von at the States Attorneys Office don't make me feel good about cooperating the way they both spoke to me ( I have several witnesses to the conversation if you'd like to hear it I welcome that). Their tones are very abrasive and they are very evasive when you call in and ask "who am I speaking to." I don't know what training they got but it seems to be the same all around the board and I don't feel comfortable with dealing with this Office as a victim because if these are the People to help me I'd rather be on the Defendants side.

I can only speak in Ms. Towne, she was patient & thorough! Went above and beyond what I expected from a PD! She took pride in her job & fought to prove that my son was innocent in the fraudulent charges brought against him!

In April, staff attorney Jocelyn Brocato dismissed my case on the day of my hearing. She never requested or reviewed any of my documentation. She just told me not to show up to court. I emailed a complaint to the office and was able to speak to her supervisor, Assistant States Attorney, Michelle Fuller. Ms. Fuller stated that she would review the case and photos and get back to me. It is now September and Ms. Fuller finally responded today that she would not reopen my case. Ms. Fuller is a liar. She intentionally mislead me for months. She was never going to review my case. What types of cases warrant the attention of this office? What groups of people do the attorneys in this office help? It's very clear that victims of crime will get no justice here!
