SOOOOO SLOW!!!! One 1 teller (helpful once I got to the window). The manager was no help and said only the teller can complete withdrawals. I'm sure she has access to a teller drawer. This was my least favorite experience at Truist. I've been banking with SunTrust for over 20 years. The only good part is the first hour in the parking lot is FREE.

Ive encountered nothing but courteous, helpful service at this location. However, they are frequently understaffed, which leads to slow service and no one answering the phones. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

The staff is friendly. The store is nice and clean. However, there are not many staff here so it will take you awhile to get business done
