I always go to this branch and the employees are always professional ,but this morning I stopped by to do some banking business ,this cashier her name is Ketty after asking
me for my ID she said oh ur birthday is coming up so you gonna go to the strip clubright? and I have told her I feel offended and I dont like what she is asking me and she better watch her words about what shes asking clients, but instead of apologizing ,she tried to engage me to another conversation about her Co-worker from my country that she said dont mind her asking this kind of questions.shes such a rude and unprofessional employee and I think this kind of unprofessional behavior doesnt has to belong to a professional business institution like capital one bank!!

The employees dedicate themselves to celebrating their colleagues' birthdays and doing their job and I end up doing the job that one of them should do.
They don't even deserve thanks for the lack of love for their work.

So bad costumer service one of the guys there didnt want to help me open a business account bc it will take long. And theres like 4 small spots so they can help other clients and is only one person that takes forever

Just went here to open an estate account for my Dad who passed away. He and I have both had accounts here for 20 years. After making me wait for 45 minutes they said they couldnt do it.
