The cashier (girl with glasses and an AirPod in her ear) was attending customers while talking on the phone. The air pod isnt the issue, its the fact that I had to repeat myself 5 times and she still ended up giving me my money order with the wrong amount. Unprofessional and Im sure she wouldnt be doing this if her manager was around.

Worst services, i dont recommend this place at all. We had an appointment and waited 45mnts. And we took the day off from work . At the end we didnt receive the services nor pay from work. Waste or time.

Avoid this location at all costs if you need a passport. The indian lady working there clearly does not want to be there. She told me she was on break midway to helping me. This location also does not take passport pictures because their machine is supposedly down. This would be helpful to know in advance. Had to come back only to wait nearly an hour. The indian lady must have still be on break because there was just one person working. Does not matter if you have an appointment or not. They will prioritize walk ins leaving you wondering when will you be helped next. With an ever revolving door of customers you'll be waiting for a very long time. I ended up leaving because my baby was getting restless. Worst experience ever. If anyone experience anything similar i suggest filing an official complaint.
