The manager Ann, was very rude to me when I was talking to my tech about my nail that was being filed off. What made it worse my tech understood me and we were ok but Ann barged in and said the reason my nail natural nail was being filed off was because of the shape I chose. So because of the nail shape I should bleed and not say anything. The only reason Ill be going back is because of Tina. She was so understanding and even covered the split nail with acrylic like I suggested to prevent further tearing of my natural nail otherwise the manager is not professional at all and needs to re evaluate her customer service skills.

An is the best. She can even collaborate and personalize whatever style you choose. I have been a customer for over 10 years and no one else can take her place. Requested style: I always go in wanting something personable and she always works with me and delivers.

Ive been getting my nails done by An for YEARS now! Hands down the best nail tech/artist I have had. She moved to this location a few months ago and took over as co-owner. I followed her here and will continue to make the 30/40 minute commute!!!

Kathy did an excellent job on my nails!!! She was gentle removing the old ones and gave me a great finished look at the end!

Ive been booking with Ann for 4 years. She moved locations and I moved with her because shes that amazing! Everytime she does my nails I get so many compliments, I even recommended her to multiple of my family members. Shes so kind and helpful, whenever I dont know what to do shes always open to giving me suggestions. If you go to her youll never be able to go back to another nail tech. Even my daughter loves her work! The first picture is what I asked for and the second picture is what I got.
