Exactly what I asked for!! I am especially impressed with the acrylics. I have gotten them done in salons all over the U.S. but this is the most professional manicure I feel I have ever gotten. The quality is amazing!! I hate overly bubbly / bulky manicures and this is NOT that. So thin and natural looking / feeling. They were so wonderful that when I broke one (shortly after I left and 100% my fault) they didnt charge me to fix it. I will be bringing a fat cash tip next time, though, because that is amazing.

Great costumer service. The pedicure and massage was great also. They also got me the perfect designs for my nails and I love it! Amazing place to get your nails done.

I visited this establishment for a regular mani/pedi for an event. They did see me pretty quickly, however the service was not great. They were pleasant enough but there were several issues. For example the water was boiling hot and when I mentioned that they shifted to cold. I had to tell the young man several times to stop running the cold water and by the time he did it, was way too cold. He did not offer to run anymore hot water and I did not ask. The foot massage lasted less than 10 seconds and it was more of a pounding than a massage. He didn't remove any calluses and when I asked he said it was extra. But he didn't volunteer any additional information so I felt like it was something he did not want to do. The entire process felt rushed. But at the end of the pedicure I did tell him that I wanted to do it because I was going to an event and wearing sandals. He said we could do it at the end and we started on the mani. Again, the fingernail work was rushed. The Polish didn't even last 48 hours and the nails were not properly filed so they were snagging in my clothing. During the mani another person came in wanting to do acrylic. Once my mani was done he moved on to the next client and I had to wait like 15 minutes for someone else to come and do my calluses and complete the pedi. It's worth noting that throughout this entire time there was only three clients at the salon and three staff. So it's not like it was super busy or hectic. They seem nice enough but the service itself is not good enough to merit another visit.
