I go to Capital Diabetes to see Dr. Oswaldo Gonzalez who is an excellent Endocrinologist. I have been under his care for 1 decade and the above rating goes to him.

Im sorry for those other experiences but mine has been just fine. The front desk staff is thorough. I really like Dr Hussein. Came to her with newly diagnosed thyroid issues and she helped to get me my diagnosis of Graves Disease. She has been helping me to get my numbers under control. Some tweaking with my meds and im hopeful that we are on the right track. Ive never felt like my concerns or needs were not being met. Even with a hickuo with my meds (no fault of theirs- CVS ), they were right on top of getting me what i needed. From my experience as a patient here for the last 4 months, id highly recommend.

Dr. Purohit has done a great job taking care of me. Sometimes schedules run off, and I've had to wait, but it seems impossible to find an area medical office where that doesn't happen. She is caring and attentive.

I have been a patient of Dr Menucci for over 8 years now. You will not find a doctor especially an endocrinologist like her anywhere! Because of her my T1D is under control and I was able to have two healthy pregnancies to become a mom twice over. Since she recently started her own practice in collaboration with her other colleagues, I can understand some of the administrative issues can be frustrating. However, she is totally worth it! I am a living proof of that!! My advice is - provide feedback and they will listen. Boom your appointment way in advance- there is generally a shortage of endocrinologist in the area so it is a region wide problem. Wishing everyone good health!

Several months ago, I had scheduled the soonest new patient appointment available with Dr. Menucci. Having the appointment scheduled for months and now approaching, they leave me a voicemail that they need to reschedule and to call them back. I call them back and they put me on hold for 10 minutes before informing me that Dr. Menucci is no longer accepting new patients and then offer to reschedule with someone else in a couple months. Needless to say, I did not take them up on this offer. If you choose to stop accepting new patients, thats fine, but dont cancel scheduled appointments on new patients that have had their appointment on the books for months already. Hopefully this sort of unprofessionalism and disrespectfulness before even getting to go in for an appointment is not indicative of the service they typically provide but based on some of the other reviews, Id venture to guess that it is. Proceed at your own risk.
