        The area is nice apart from the fact that you have everything, the parking issue is a point but here we have people with even 4 or 3 vehicles and for that reason parking is limited but one of the points that my family likes is the cleanliness Super good

        cannot wait to move outta this place. first off parking is TERRIBLE. constantly being towed bc of how overcrowded it gets. secondly, ROACHES, SPIDERS, EVERYWHERE. its so gross.

        I live near this property and Im incredibly frustrated with how mismanaged the parking situation is, which creates problems for the rest of the neighborhood. This property seems to issue only one spot per unit yet many residents have 2+ cars, which means they are always parking overflow issues elsewhere in the neighborhood.

        They don't care about the well-being of their tenants and property. Can't allocate parking space to their tenants as SPECIFIED and keep them stranded. They are only interested in collecting money or bills on time as SPECIFIED.
