I am former resident. Drings Reach has some of the worst management. They like to lie a lot and charged me property damage fees for damages that did not exist. They will not work with you to fix any issues, maintenance guys would always tell you they will come to fix your issue but they will not do so. I would not recommend living in this place especially if you have kids. there are people sitting outside on stairs smoking weed all day long.
