Ive had a positive experience here beginning with the ease of scheduling a tour of the property to key pick up. Arissa is incredibly kind and professional. She has been so helpful to ensure that my move is as smooth as possible. Sean was so nice when I called to ask a question about one of the units. I am really looking forward to living here!

My partner has lived here for 3 years, I have been here physically for two months. Front desk associates are nice and assist with mailing/package system with ease. Property manager Sean Harper has been amazing, assisting us with my move & addition to lease. He has great communication centered in transparency , attention to detail, and timely solutions speaks volumes to his professionalism. From reservation scheduling to towing support he truly makes our experience delightful. Lastly, the maintenance team are quick and efficient, any service request we submitted have been attended to within 24 hours.

I love the area and the building is up to date; really great and responsive staff! A little pricey but the area is nice, spacious, etc!

Love living here! The entire team from front desk to Property Manager to maintenance is awesome. The building is very well-kept and the amenities are great. I would highly recommend this community.

I've been a resident here for going on 4 years and I love this place. The location near the center of downtown silver spring makes everything feel walkable without being TOO busy, and the proximity to the metro also makes DC proper super accessible! I've never had any issue with neighbors or noise, the units are nice and clean, and the staff here is super attentive (from Sean to Arissa to Amari, every time I've had an issue, it's been solved within a matter of days if not hours.) I can't recommend this spot highly enough, especially for young professionals who want access to EVERYTHING at a reasonable price.
