By far the BEST service from the management team at The Solaire 10914! Thank you Felicia and Julie for working with me and helping me find my new home. The entire staff is beyond kind, friendly, and so welcoming! I love my new home :)

I moved into the Solaire about two or so weeks ago after searching for months for the perfect apartment (after living in an AWFUL apartment building / complex) and I’m loving it so far! Solaire fit the bill for all my needs. Concierge, In Unit Washer and Dryer, Stainless Steel appliances, huge bathroom, Pool, Business Center, etc. The Leasing Team (especially Ms Felecia) and the Maintenance team has been so professional, accommodating, and welcoming! Excited for my stay here!

Lead Concierge was great and did the best she could with what she with the materials provided to her (nothing) to tour us. Very polite pleasant and welcoming. Ive worked in luxury Property Management before so I know a great concierge when I see one. Any building would be blessed to have her. Felecia will go far.

Update: New management and same 3 issues. New management will promise to get back with you but NEVER DO! Way to make a great impression! Emanuel (Leasing Consultant) is greatly missed. Felicia (Concierge) is now the saving grace in this place. After reading the most recent reviews I have to agree with them all. This place used to be a great place to live and call home. Now I am actively looking to get out of my lease. 1. The noises from neighbors will not only wake you throughout the night, it will make you want to pull your hair out. 2. Smoke free environment but always smell smoke and constantly see people smoking in the lower level garage areas. 3. All your complaints will go through Management's one ear and out the other. So do not expect any resolution. Your only resolve is to find a new residence or better yet avoid this one to begin with.

I have been living here since 2016 and almost gave up on the place about a year ago. We went through several management changes when Kettler was running the property for the current owners and the customer service Kettler provided was terrible. We now have a whole new management team bought in by the owners, Washington Properties. They could not have selected a better property manager to run this building than Julie. Julie's first order of business when she arrived to Solaire 10914 about 3 months ago was to remove the frosting from the rental office doors which made it more inviting and transparent. I was so impressed. She is thorough, professional communicative, personable (love dogs) and always pleasant. I hope to have her around for a while as I now she will continue to make improvements, she is an awesome property manager who knows her business and tenants, . Gabrielle but we call her Gabby, she's our business/account manager. I can't say enough good things about her, she's pleasant and professional, she's efficient and always available, she's only been here since the beginning of the year and has already adapted just as if she's been here for years. I hope to have Gabby stay with us for some time as well. Tony, our lead engineer is a really good guy and very resourceful. My maintenance requests have never been taken care of so efficiently. Whenever, I call for maintenance, if not the same day, they come in the next day and Tony always follow up with me to make sure I am satisfied with whatever work was performed. Also it doesn't hurt that he has a jolly personality, I like having Tony around. Overall, my living experience at Solaire 10914 has been nothing short of pleasant since the new team has arrived. I am also enjoying the convenience and amenities. Nice place to live.
