        Probably one of the worst apartments around here, I'm so glad that I'm out of this complex. It's filled with rats, filthy amenties, and only 1 maintenance for the whole complex?!?! The laundry rooms are disgusting they don't even try cleaning the insides of the buildings or fix anything. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

        Management doesnt care about the residents and raise the rent to the maximum with zero value added. Broken amenities and horrible repair work.

        Friendly Garden deserves to be demolished and rebuilt. Refund the residents moneys! Maintenance has always slacked like this. I live in 2411 and remember feeling 2405 vibrating the day before this shocking explosion. Residential One, DO SOMETHING! PEOPLE LOST THEIR HOMES DO SOMETHING!

        The apartment is horrible, as a resident living here. You may come across these problems!!! My first problem here was kids playing on the streets!! This is a problem here, you always need to look through windows wondering if they will crash into your car or not. Second of all, building hallways and stairs are filthy. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic which makes apartments required to disinfect touched surfaces. The worst you could ever experience here is Electrical issues and a broken A/C. If I had to Id give this a 0 star. Im planning on moving out when my lease ends.
