Bryant worked closely with us to properly prepare our home of 30 years to be put on the market. When we were not sure that we wanted to follow certain of his recommendations, he carefully and fully explained the reasons for the recommendations, especially focusing on the idea that potential purchasers need to be able to imagine it as THEIR home, not ours. He remained regularly in touch with us, even though it took over 6 months for us to get ready to put our home on the market. He never once pressured us to move ahead. We trusted Bryant from the beginning of the process and his efforts were critical to getting our home sold and through closing. He immediately began to assist us in looking for a new home. He listened carefully to our expressions of what we thought we wanted in our new home. He combined that with our early discussions of why we wanted to sell our home of 30 years and showed us homes on the market that seemed to best meet our needs and wants. After weeks of unsuccessful looking at existing homes, we asked him to accompany us to visit a new 55+ development. With his help we carefully considered our needs and want, concluding that we had found our new home. The result was being able to move into our new home within a few weeks of closing on the sale of our former home and begin a new phase in our lives.
