        They had a ton of different flavors of ice to choose from and service was great! Wheelchair accessibility: We had a stroller with us and there was a ramp up to the building.

      We apologize for your experience, we strive to fulfill orders the best we can with the information given, we know the menu can be confusing sometimes. Our staff is trained to clarify orders, which apparently did not happen this time. Rita’s Severna Park actually is known for their super service, and we feel we can regain your trust if you give us another chance.
