only gave me my tax returns at 1130pm on tax day, despite me being on time and responding to all requests. ignored any of my questions trying to understand my taxes. no proactive communication. so stressful!!

Very Expensive!!! Late getting returns done in time, Under staffed and blames customer when returns are delivered in a timely bases. Michael Cohen in particular was unpleasant and blamed everyone but himself for company being understaffed and getting returns completed late. they charge $350 per hour plus $150 for any phone calls - Extremely expensive!!! i feel that they took advantage of a senior by over charging. I would not recommend their services .

I came to this firm, and I am so, so pleased that I did. I'm working with the CPA, Jobe Dupre, who did my 2018 return. He is wonderful!, so smart, very professional, and all around just top of the line. Everyone I met is so efficient and caring. I've had contact with the personable and attentive office staff. I also met with one of the principals, who was just great. The atmosphere is receptive, kind, and efficient. Its a place in which you feel confident to entrust your finances, to leave messages, and to relieve your yearly anxiety. Mr. Dupre is an excellent listener who genuinely cares to provide the best custom financial advice. Im very excited to be receiving feedback on my contracts and get his expert consultation throughout the year. Im also looking forward to Tax time next year (can you imagine?) because now Im in the system & it will all be soo much easier! In short, I found E Cohen on the top of the list in Washington CheckBook, so I shouldnt have been surprised, but I can truly say that Im just thrilled. E. Cohen has always done a great job doing our taxes and answering our questions. Caleb has been very responsive to us. Whenever we have needed something, your group has always taken care of our requests.
