TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I emailed them multiple times asking for a quote on services. When they finally did respond, did not show up for the meeting. I called the office during my scheduled meet time and the receptionist said to leave a voicemail because Katie was on a call. Terrible response and customer service. Don't bother with this business, there are lots of other CPA firms out there that actually want your business and value their potential customers.

I've been working with Katie for a few months now and she's been so wonderful to work with. As a new small business owner I have many questions and she has been so patient and helpful in helping me navigate so many areas. I can't recommend her enough.

Horrible experience. Not responsive. Unprofessional. This company didnt file our 2019 taxes correctly and now were left trying to clean up their mess, which has cost us significant time and money. We tried to contact them regarding their error and was completely ignored. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS AND THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL THEM. THEY DUCK AND DODGE FOR DAYS AND RESPOND ON THE LAST DAY OF THE WEEK AND THEY ARENT OPEN ON FRIDAY. THEY WILL TAKE THOUSANDS FROM YOU AND WONT TELL YOU WHY UNTIL ITS TOO LATE
