Garland has been an amazing realtor who communicates regularly with me regarding prospective buyers. He is competent and enthusiastic and I'm sure he will sell my home fast. I've owned many homes, and I've never known a realtor who worked so hard or spent so much time to market and sell any of my houses!

5 stars on professionalism, responsiveness and resourcefulness! Garland was a great helpful during my move from VA to MD. He is respectful, attentive and genuine. He was amazing throughout the entire process. I had only 2 weeks to look for and move into a rental apartment for a last minute job offer. Like most people, I had only been to DC and Baltimore a handful of times so I had no idea where to start and what to expect. I wanted to rent a 1-BR apartment, pet-friendly, easy parking, and metro accessible in a safe area. On top of all that, my budget's pretty tight so DC was off-limit. As you can imagine, it was not easy to find somewhere quick and meet all my needs. I decided to try my luck with Keller Williams in Rockville. Garland was very patient and understanding of my situation. He showed me this affordable condo in White Flint that was perfect for me--2 blocks away from metro, under my budget, with free parking and includes all utilities. He handled the signing process very quickly and professionally. He also helped me with coordinating with the condo on the move-in schedule.
