We had a great experience working with Cedric. As first time homebuyers, he was very patient in explaining all of the steps that we could expect to go through and how to prepare for making the best purchase to meet our needs. He spent a great deal of time at the very beginning getting to know us and what we were looking for in a home and our motivations for moving which he used to show us listings that made sense for us. We also really appreciated how dedicated he was to get us in to tour homes on very short notice and in circumstances that werent always convenient. He has a very dedicated team that he works with so even if he wasnt available, there was always someone that was available to get us in to tour a home we were interested in. He is an excellent communicator that was always readily available to answer questions by text and phone. When it came to the actual process of buying our home, he went above and beyond what we could have expected. From his dedication to place our initial offer contract on a Sunday evening when the sellers made an unexpected last minute call for final offers, to staying on top of all of the contract details that allowed us to negotiate our way to save an additional $3000, Cedric did an amazing job of representing us and our interests. I had a great experience selling my home with Cedric and his team. I didnt know where to start, I just wanted out of my condo after more than a decade. I worked with Cedric and his team first to buy and then sell my very first property! He made the process so easy and was transparent with me every step of the way. Hes so personable and he really cares about making sure that you as the buyer or seller gets what you want out of the process!
