I cannot say enough about how helpful Thomas Powers was in the sale of my parents home in Parkwood. My parents turned a key over to Thomas and he did the rest he recommended the steps to take to get the house ready, he got the bids, and he managed the contractors. When all the work was completed including cleaning and staging, the house looked spectacular. Thomas used his knowledge of the market and the area to price the house just right. The house was under contract in less than a week for over asking. Throughout the whole process, Thomas communicated regularly with my parents and me. His goal was to make the process as easy as possible for my parents many times Thomas dropped off or picked up things at my parents new residence. Thomas truly went above and beyond to sell my parents house. With all three adult children living out of the area, we couldnt have done it without him. I would highly recommend using Thomas to sell a family home or a current residence.
