As a Realtor who works in a different market I am pretty demanding in who represents me. Jeff Wheatley represented me on a listing in Frederick, MD. Jeff is professional. He made this deal so easy for me. Unlike previous realtors I have worked with, I did not have to chase him for updates or even chase him at all. He over communicated to a point I told him he doesn't need to call me as much. That was another thing I loved. He called and spoke to me about the deal rather than hide behind texts and emails. Oh, and he sold the house in 1 day with multiple offers. It was his guidance on pricing the house which dictated why we got so many offers. He definitely knows pricing strategy. Jeff was a pleasure to work with and earned every penny. I will hire him again when I need to sell my house in the future.
