Nimrod and his team were a pleasure to deal with when selling our house. They were honest with an assessment of the property value and had great insight into needed improvements. Nimrod worked very hard marketing the property, taking great pictures/videos and holding a great number of open houses. We got an offer quickly and Nimrod was great in working with the buyers on the inspections and negotiations. Nimrod has a wealth of knowledge about the market, is honest and flexible and a very hard worker. I will continue to use Nimrod as my agent for any future transactions.
