We were looking for a new mattress firm enough for cosleeping but still comfortable. Heather helped us select the Naturepedic Chorus which passed the firmness test (I brought the materials to do this to the store). We just had our bed delivered and it is so comfy and much more supportive than our old bed! Heather was so nice and made our experience enjoyable. She also helped us get zero interest financing! We had white glove delivery which went well.

We purchased a mattress from Naturepedic yesterday. Ours saleswoman, Kilani, could not have been friendlier, or more knowledgeable. She answered every question we had and was a pleasure to work with. Much better experience than when we visited the Avocado and Saatva stores. I cant review the mattress yet, but I highly recommend the Naturepedic store, and Kilani.

Kilani was very helpful and kind, helping us order a new mattress. We have been back and forth trying new mattresses and she was helpful and patient navigating with us on the phone. We are excited to try our new mattress!! Thanks for the customer Service and kindness.
