On Feb 28 28th I ordered a lumbar support pillow.  The amount was charged to my account instantly and I was told I would receive an email when it shipped.  i called them on March 1st because I had not heard anything. They told me it was being shipped out the next day and I would get a tracking number.  I did not receive a tracking number so I called again and was told the pillow was out of stock until at least the 30th. They said there was one in a local store and it would be shipped out that day.  I was given a tracking number that showed a label had been made but the Fed Ex website showed no movement  for 3 days.  I called Healthy Back again and was told it was on its way, and the Fed Ex website wasn't being updated.  I called Fed Ex and they said they had NOT received a package. I called the store to cancel my order and was told they would give me a refund, but they do not give out confirmation numbers on refunds.  After quite a fight, I was sent an email saying they would refund my money.  I am prepared to fight the charges through my credit card because I don't believe them.
