I was in the Rockville store this evening, Sara helped with picking a contour and concealer for my brown skin. Her patience and knowledge was just excellent. I have never being so happy with someone helping me in choosing makeup for my face. I left extremely happy and satisfied. She is awesome and amazing. Thank you Sara, we need more people like you!

A person named Gabby claimed to be a manager & told me she could not return an order I picked up a couple hours prior. She told me she would keep the product in her possession & that I should call the store the next day & she would do the return over the phone for me. I call & they say the can't do that. THEY ARE TRYING TO CHEAT ME OUT OF MY MONEY.

Wanted to make a quick run into store to purchase a newish product. I am a help myself type of person, so I search for product first. Im going back and forth looking, a very nice lady comes over to ask if I could use some help, I answer yes. Were still not able to find it, then she tells me she doesnt work there, shes a vender stocking product for company she works for. She saw I was having trouble so she kindly offered to help. Never got any help from an Ulta employee.

I will make the drive from Falls Chruch, VA to this Ulta location! Ive been going here for years to purchase my favorite beauty and skincare products as well as visit my hairdresser Maha who is AMAZING! She really makes me feel like I am catching up with an old friend every time I get my hair colored or cut. Shes so personable every visit and very informative of product knowledge. I always trust her judgement when it comes to what will work best for my hair. Her warm and eccentric personality makes my appointments so much more pleasant and I cant wait until I see her again :) All of the associates who have assisted me have always been warm and welcoming too! With a nice greet when I walk in and always giving me product recs. Ill be moving behind this location soon so I hope they wont get tired of seeing me more thank you Maha and everyone
