Galvan at Twinbrook

Living at The Galvan at Twinbrook has been a great experience since day one. My husband and I moved here two years ago and started building our family. We just love the building, the amenities we have available such as the pool, gym, and lounge area. I love it that they are always functioning and maintenance department takes quick action on any maintenance issues. The building is always clean and smelling fresh every morning. The leasing office counts with a great team of people as well. Tim, the Assistant Property Manager, Gabriela, and Shanae are always ready to help. I wouldnt move anywhere else. Kata Sepulveda.

UPDATE More fire alarms? Seriously? Its disgusting. They are charging all tenants $55 month for Comcast now if you use Verizon Fios. They charge more for bad internet and forcing everyone to switch to Comcast! They received a fat check $$$$ from Comcast and now we have to pay. Might break our lease early. Heard Escher is much better than the Galvin Homeless Shelter. One elevator has been broken since 2023 and one of the front doors has been broken last 6 months. GHETTO! I have heard from other residents that when RAM partners took over the Galvin, they stopped doing background checks! A luxury property that could rent to criminals, including potential sex offenders or drug dealers. NOT SAFE FOR YOUR FAMILY STAY AWAY! Safety issues continue to grow. Residents complain of stolen packages. Homeless on premise - human urine in stair ways and abandoned cars in parking garage. Do not leave your doors unlocked- someone on our floor had a homeless guy walk into her unit, its not safe to take your trash out. They say they have hired a new security company, dont see them. Lots of eviction notices on doors. Do not move here if you value your childs safety, Its turned into the projects! Elevators are always broken and take weeks to repair. Very difficult for disabled residents. This week we had a SWAT team wake us up with an explosion. Not much communication from staff on these matters. Constant fire alarms and fire alarm testing. Druggies on the premise which are not safe for the families that live here. There has been flooding on the first floor that smells like sewage, which is not safe.

I love the staff here at the Galvan! However I feel like they need a raise with all the things they be dealing with.
