The Daley at Shady Grove Metro Apartments

Ever since day 1 there has been extremely loud noise coming from our next door neighbor and downstairs neighbor, to the point where our ground and walls would rumble. The staff downstairs says they have spoken to them numerous times, yet over a month later the issue is till there. They would send emails to all the tenants reminding them about their lease agreement over reported smoking violations, but in the lease agreement it also states You and your occupants or guests may not engage in the following activities: behaving in a loud or obnoxious manner; disturbing or threatening the rights, comfort, health, safety, or convenience of others . However they do nothing to take serious action against those violating their lease agreement. They even stopped responding to emails or take days to get back, Not to mention that the loading dock elevator has been out of service since we moved here over a month ago. Communication with the staff is terrible and they have no care or respect for their own rules or their tenants. This place is a joke for the amount theyre charging to live here, do not waste your time and money here, I cant wait for my lease to be over.

The Daley apartment building is a wonderful place to live and the management team is always helpful, friendly and very responsive! Our recent maintenance request was dealt with swiftly.
