I am giving Northstar a strong review. We used Northstar for our build and design at Decadent in Maple lawn . Chris worked the project from start to finish and navigated through multiple setbacks during our build, always protecting out budget, and solutions we worked out were fair and honest. Our shop has gained praise for design and he has stood behind his work. Now months after completion, Chris remains my go-to for any issues that may arise. Above all, Chris operates with strong ethics. Northstar did a great job at a commercial building I own. He soundproofed a large 3 car commercial garage and took care of some draining issues, by installing a 15’ drain and diverting the water away from the building. His estimate was very fair and he completed the work on time. I would recommend him highly .

I work with Chris on couple of big projects and he did an excellent job. My first project is a liquor store which was in very bad shape. I hire an architect for the new design and make use of space efficiently and ended up paying ten's of thousands and we have made no progress due to skyrocketing project cost. Then I met Chris, Northstar Commercial Construction and after discussing the details with him, I gain confidence by his ideas and was able to finish the project with in the budget. It was very challenging project due the layout and extensions made over the time to the building. If its not him we could have scrap the project and that building never seen the light again. He did a fantastic job on building out 15,000 sq feet for a daycare in my second project with him. It is lot to describe it here. I highly recommend him.

Chris seems really fair at first . We had a setback due to his blueprints being halfassed and he refused to pay final payment . Talks a good game and stabs you in the back I do not recommend him for a doghouse build .
