Ryan was caring and responsive from the start of the project to the finish. In a total gut and re-do, he installed a more accessible shower for my mother-in-law in a timely fashion, while giving a fresh look to our outdated 1960s bathroom. He balanced listening to our needs with making thoughtful recommendations. He is professional and personable. He finished the job on schedule and it looks great! We are very pleased!

I highly recommend Ryan with Platinum home services! He remodeled our master bath shower, tearing out the old fiberglass insert down to the studs, installing new concrete board and tile on the walls and poured a concrete shower floor and tiled that as well. Worked very efficiently, communicated daily and responded to questions promptly, cleaned up well everyday, and took his time to ensure it was done right. He did 100% of the demo and work all by himself and was very accommodating in picking up tile and supplies we had ordered for us from the stores. Service: Bathroom remodeling
