I worked with David in the purchase of my new condo. Being a first-time property purchaser, I really had no idea what I was doing. Going into a market that had been absolutely crazy a month prior, we found a property and he was able to give me a solid offer price to go with, one that was $10k below list, based on his analysis and research of the current market in the area. With luck, the offer was accepted. In addition, David worked with a lender I had chosen, even though it was not his recommended lender, because I felt more comfortable working with this lending company. I have to hand it to David, he faced many obstacles with the lending agency, but managed to continue to work professionally with them despite their short-comings. In sum, I feel David had the knowledge and insight I needed as a first-time purchaser to keep me informed in the process.
