Kellyann was amazing. We cannot say, or thank her, enough. Her expertise and advice made all the difference to us as first-time home buyers. We had a tight timeframe, and Kellyann made it happen. She was fast and flexible, and while were sure that she had other clients with larger budgets, we never felt like it. We started looking for a home in January and needed to make a decision on whether to renew our lease for another year or not by the end of March. We found the house that we ended up buying on a Thursday in late January from an app alert that wasnt part of our planned itinerary; we saw it on Friday; Kellyann had an inspector with us on-site on Saturday; we made an offer on Sunday; and we had a favorable decision on Monday.
