      image Juan the maintenance guy came to sand and paint over the ceiling in my apartment. He has been the only maintenance guy so far that has explained what hes going to be doing, the timeframe it will take him and the times that he will be back to finish. He communicates very well and didnt leave a mess when he was finished.

      image I am more than pleased with the work done to fix the plumbing in the bathtub. It had become such a problem because of rust in faucet. Trying to get the plunger up in the faucet to take a shower was becoming a chore. The worker came in completed the job in no time and now I can resume taking my showers.
