. I can honestly say Im loving my new home. The reviews are mostly bad and some good. I thought this place will be horrible simply based on the reviews but its actually the opposite. Dominque is an amazing person that took her time with me and the process was easy. Everyone in the office is always nice and super helpful. The townhomes are beautiful and enough space for my family of 4. The neighborhood is pet and kid friendly. I would recommend touring the place for yourself. Please dont base your decision on the reviews.

They need new management. Dnt care about the tenants concerns and will harass tf out of you FOR NOTHING. Issues and concerns have been sent to corporate . DNT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The worst place to live the manager Dominique is so unprofessional I lived there for over 3 years ppl start to sell drugs in the parking lot finding all kinds of bullet casings. I sent a letters stating I was uncomfortable and I want to move into another unit.(multiple emails went answered).until it was time for me to move out. my lease was up in April I never signed another lease so I messaged her saying I am assuming that I am on a month to month lease all she said was send my paystub nothing further.(once again ignored) so in October I sent a letter that I will be moving out the ending of October she going to tell me that I have to pay 2 months rent or give 2 months notice keep in mind this lady ignored me for months my lease expired April never signed or as to sign another lease I would not recommend anyone living there full of roaches and mice.

Do not move here you will regret it . Please listen to all the reviews . Unless you like living in a dump & youre okay with cold water & mice then this is perfect for you . I literally have to step out my shower every 5 seconds to flush the toilet so the shower water can be hot. Now the sink gets hot & stays hot but the shower after 4/5 minutes is cold . Whos taking a quick shower ? Thats unsanitary & Im a women I need to clean my areas hood . I dont play that foul play ! This reminds me of being back in the college dorms, which was the worst of my college experience. Who doesnt wanna take a nice long shower after a long day ? Welp! Living here you wont be able to experience that until you hook a string to the toilet & yank it every 40 seconds.
I had a table out on my balcony & we had just moved here not even a full weak & a warning letter was on my door about patio furniture only & I would be kicked out if I didnt remove it . WELL this property had a move out & has left the persons belongs on front yard near the parked cars for DAYS now . This is truly unacceptable. Theres trashing flying around everyones yard & no one wants to see this in the morning . This will definitely draw mice & God knows what else . Also there are large items , God forbid but what if it hits the parked cars ? Now whos to blame ?
