We just completed a disastrous weekend at this hotel. After checkout I received an $400 invoice for a broken table that we didnt break. The manager who doesnt work weekends claimed she saw it. There apparently are pictures. We dont know who broke the table or when and apparently customers are considered liars unless they can somehow prove a negative. No recourse and never again for a stay here.

As a current guest, I have seen and heard a lot in this hotel. The walls are thin. My beds are lined up with the next doors guest TV and they blast that and or a boom box DAILYYYYY. as of right now it is 7am and they have it on blast and the bass is making my room wall by my bed shake and woke me up along with the building fire alarm at 6 something this morning prompting me to write this review. They do this until at least 1-2am most nights. I have complained about this and was told they would ask maintenance about the set up of the rooms. Then if not the next door guest then the ones upstairs but someone smokes weed like no tomorrow and it comes through my vents. Even tho this is a non smoking hotel. You could smell it in the hallways so not sure how the front desk doesn't smell it. My kids have to inhale this.Before these current guest, there was guest that would have kids running in and out of the hotel room for the entire weekend knocking on my door and running away. People fussing and cussing in the halls every other weekend. They supposedly have some sort of over night security that has never presented themselves when I complained about the nuisance all after 8pm which they have posted as a non nuisance hour. The GM is not here at night when these things happen and it seems the night staff does not relay these things to her. So if you are here long enough such as myself, this hotel is the equivalent to a project apt building minus the wonderful housekeeping service they have here and some of the friendly front desk staff. From one front desk staff that doesnt know how to do a proper check in, to the gossip that they talk about as it relates to guest. I know this isn't a managed apt building but for the price it cost for a month stay, you should be able to live noise, drugs and nuisance free with out the many excuses given when you inquire about it. God forbid someone with a weapon is able to check in if they stay far enough away from the hotel, then that will be another nuisance that will come with an excuse. Hopefully, one day they will actually hire actual security and have their nuisance ordinances and no smoking signs posted in the hotel rooms letting guest know there will be consequences. Please note this review was written after NUMEROUS complaints throughout my stay with nothing done about it. Maybe they will see this. It is now 7:32 am on a Sunday and the music is still blasting and my headache is stronger than ever.Have a great day people Rooms: Thin walls and fumes pass through vents Safety: With no one being stopped at the front desk anyone can pretty much come in and go to whatever room they want.

Great service. Clean. Just parking was bad, but great stay! Will book there again!!
