While we didnt reserve a pack and play, we asked for one for my 11 month old. They werent able to get one so my baby slept on a bed for the first time. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

Great location and friendly staff. We were very pleased with our stay. Larry is a wonderful addition to this place. This location is clean, great size pool and rooms are spacious. We loved our connecting room! Free parking is great and makes for an easy trip. The location of this Hilton is wonderful too. Close to great shops and restaurants. About 20 minutes to downtown Baltimore which was great for us. I would definitely recommend this location.

The trip was to see a sick family member. we stayed 2/14 - 2/18 of 2024. During our stay the staff was friendly. However the most friendly person was Julie. I have stayed at many hotels in my life, but Julie made me feel like family. I will be returning to the Baltimore area soon and will stay here again. Thank you Julie for being such a sweet person. Nearby activities: plenty of local restaurants and shopping areas

We were there for my daughter's soccer tournament n they only have 2 twin beds which wasn't very comfortable with my wife in the bed too. N then the continental breakfast is 12 for a small hot breakfast and 9 for a cold breakfast.. lol. I travel a lot for work and stay in alot of hotels and I have never heard of them charging for the continental breakfast... Then since there was 3 of us in the room I asked for 1 more towels but they weren't going to let me have more then 2 at a time.. the rooms are Rath small, the bathroom tub barely drained and they don't have any bathroom fans so it would stay so steamed in the whole room after like the second shower!! Then the one Maud was complaining about our girls walking out to the entry way were all the parents were hanging out together and it was just right around the corner from the pool and so the would come n ask for some money for snack, drinks n so on but the one maid made it a point to say sone rather nasty things about the girls because they were tracking a Lil bit of water into the hall n the maid was getting mad cause she had to get a mop out n dry the floors some. But I mean I am pretty sure that they get alot of soccer players and other sports teams n I'm quite sure that our girls weren't the first nor the last to drip water in the hallway and a maid has to mop it up.
