Recently we had an issue with our shower. It wasn't urgent, but Tony came the next work day. The issue was resolved quickly and Tony was extremely courteous, professional and competent. Thank you! Recently our AC stopped working on a Sunday. I logged a ticket and maintenance arrived bright an early on Monday morning! And I now know if the temperature is above 78 to call the after hours number. They come immediately. Thank you maintenance team for prompt and friendly service! Amy did an amazing job leading us through the leasing process. The staff that updated and cleaned the apartmend did a very thorough job. And now that we have moved in, it is very peaceful and serene in our building. Thank you Brookside Commons for such a pleasant transition.

The maintenance staff at Brookside Commons is excellent. Their staff always are prompt, courteous and take care of any maintenance problems, which there are not many. I had a small link under the sink, 1 2 3 and it was fixed. Once in a great while, they could get a real tough problem, but always get the problem resolved promptly.

We looked at a lot of apartments. This one hands down was the best showing. Amy in the leasing office was very patient, and her attention to detail was outstanding!! Upon key pick up she personally showed us our new home, how to use the keys, where to dump the trash, and were to park. Move in was seamless. One big reason we chose Brookside Commons, is the gated accces to the property, as well as controlled access to the building. The elevator and garage parking are a huge plus!! We are super excited to begin our new chapter here. Thank you Amy for all your help!
