Lived here for ~2 years during my time stationed in Baltimore. Friendly staff, maintenance fixed concerns within 2 days of putting in a request.

When I first moved here several years ago I was allowed 18 month leases. I guess during COVID that stopped? I emailed weeks ago and have still not received a reply asking about it. This is the second email not answered. A relative of mine works as an apartment manager in Columbia and was shocked emails were not being responded to. Pros: The apartments are laid out nicely and have a lot of windows and lights, my favorite part. The maintenance people are nice. The office people are pleasant. They FINALLY put up doggie trash bags and garbage cans after complaining about dog poop in front of my apt. I still see dog poop in the back areas. Cons: they need to put up SIGNAGE for what is recyclable because the people here throw everything in to the recycling containers. Trash, diapers, food, furniture, pillows and on and on. Lots of lazy, uncaring, or dumb people here Im guessing. The windows are old so you can feel the cold air coming in. The front entry door has been broken and may as well been duct taped because it still either slams loudly or doesnt shut at all. Since theyve taken the carpet out of the hallways ( which looks great) there is no sound buffer for people entering the building all day and night the door slams loudly! The whole door needs replacing including the arm that allows it to close slowly and not slam. The balcony railings have had chipping paint since I moved here and the door to the balcony on the outside Ive tried to clean but the black residue wont come off. It should have been painted long long ago. I would definitely miss the layout and windows!
