Photos are great, professionalism was extremely off the charts psycho. Asked to take photos and he did, and sent them by email. I asked him to please go back and take a picture of the updated exterior of our complex and he said he would. After a week waiting I asked him when he was going back, and he said he needed to be paid. I paid him half instantly on Venmo, giving the rest after he finishes with the updates. He went into a RAGE, used threats I couldn't believe. I was shocked and told him the job is not finished and I'm good and ready to pay when he sends me the rest. Ryan slammed me with more insults and then called me on the phone to have a full out fit yelling at me. - He did go back, take the pictures, and send them. I sent him the other half immediately. Watch out, this one is a bit out of control. I would never use him again
