I had the most beautiful beach wedding and I owe it to Alison to the Altar for making it a reality!! I recently got married (4/29/2023) and from the start, they crafted ideas with me about what I wanted my beach wedding to look like. Alison checked regularly in to make sure I was on track with my planning and made sure to answer any questions that I had. When I met Alison and Steph to look at the decor and flowers, they had everything ready to go and their ideas were incredible. Their creativity and how they make your vision a reality is nothing short of amazing. Finally, Alison to the Altar is truly a lifesaver. 30 days out from my wedding, on Friday afternoon nonetheless, my venue told me they could no longer do the food service. I was devasted and had no clue even where to begin, besides reaching out to Alison to Altar. I texted Steph & Alison that same day (about an hour later) they found a catering company who could do the wedding. (The catering company did an incredible job and our food was awesome!) I was so relieved - Alison and Steph will truly do anything to help you out. Finally, the day of wedding was perfect. The flowers were beautiful, and the decor was everything I wanted. The beach ceremony was stunning - it looked straight out of a magazine! Alison and Bridgitt coordinated the ceremony & reception and made sure everyone was where they needed to be at all times. They were so nice and I did not have to worry about anything! The whole day went perfectly and I literally whole it all to Alison to Altar's team. Not only are they professional, but the nicest people you'll ever meet. They are friendly, outgoing, and truly make sure your wedding will be the best day ever. I highly recommend Alison to the Altar as they literally saved my wedding and made it a dream come true!

No. No. No. It's taken me a LONG time to wrote this review. Please, don't make the same mistake I did by booking with Alison. She didn't like my style, tried to talk me into different colors, was unorganized, and was constantly trying to push me to spend extra $$$ by renting her decor instead of using my own. She was a mess at our wedding, even got into an argument with my mom. Didn't have our Floorplans or schedule correct. ( told the caterer the wrong time that dinner was to be served, forcing my Dad to make his speech early ). Had a spat with my florist because they had some history and she refused to work alongside of her. We had two guests that had arrived very late, but before dinner ( since it was so late ). The table settings had been removed and when we asked her to put them back she said we didn't have them and walked away. If all of that wasn't the worst of it ... she literally left the second the wedding was over, leaving my bridesmaids and I (in my wedding dress) loading decorations and things in a uhaul. Jumped in her van and left. I feel terrible it took me this long to write the review, ans hopefully this will save a bride or two from the same fate. I'm sure if you rent from her she's completely different ... but if you plan to do anything DIY.. DONT USE HER. Three years later it is still unbelievably raw. I'm so lucky she was my only bad choice and the venue, florist and caterers made up for her poor service. It's really embarrassing and we STILL have guests, family members ans bridal party members bring up how terrible our coordinator was and ask why we picked her. Run away!!!

I really hate leaving less than stellar reviews, but we relied so heavily on others reviews for our wedding that I have to be honest. Pros: the flowers and decorations looked nice. Cons: when I hired a wedding planner, I envisioned more than just decor planning - help with coordinating vendors, scheduling, hotel blocks, in general talking through things, etc. My friends who have hired wedding planners have all had these types of services - however we just received decor coordination. For that reason the pricing seemed way too much. But the part that really bothered us was that every time I talked to Alison & her employees, they forgot who I was and what we had talked about previously. For example, they asked for my Pinterest board at least 3 times even though I had sent it every time previously. They didnt remember details we had discussed in previous meetings (I had to remind them 3-4 times about a change in the number of groomsmen for example). They sent a 30 day reminder email 7 days before our wedding. It did not make me feel like our wedding was a priority to them.
