Howard Johnson by Wyndham Ocean City Oceanfront

I have tried to book and confirm my most recent vacation with this company. Unfortunately for the company itself, no one was willing to answer a phone that was not a sales representative. I was transferred to the same individuals every contact phone number I reached. The last phone conversation the representative mocked me for having tried to make reservations at "1:30" in the morning. He was very ignorant. The same sales representative continued mocking me for trying to find out room information further than what I can view online. Howard Johnson you lost yourselves a great amount of money and I can image will continue doing so not being able TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. The final conversation the "gentleman" decided to quote me over 5,000 dollars for a room. This is ignorance and mockery at its finest.

The room was dirty; soap scum on the sink, the floor was sticky, and the couch has stains on it. It smelled musty. The deadbolt did not work and the back door could not be locked either. It felt really gross in there. I dreaded walking barefoot. Yuck. Rooms: Dirty, stinky, and unsafe. Nearby activities: Close to beach. About 30 min walk to Ferris wheel. Walkability: Close to several stores and restaurants.

Great stay. One of the best hotel rooms we've stayed in a while, simple, clean, beds were not too soft. View of the ocean was great, location cannot be beat. I'll stay again if I can get a deal.

Everything was good. Good breakfast. Easy check in. Room was ready early. Very clean. Excellent maid service. No complaints. Good location. Rooms: Very clean

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to boardwalk and beach. Walkability: Close to boardwalk and beach. Near shops and some restaurants too.
