We were unable to stay due to a strong chemical smell throughout the property. Tried repeatedly through Expedia and personal phone calls and emails to get our money refunded, but they never replied. Once they had our money, they were done with us. So they kept our money we paid for a hotel we couldn't stay in due to the toxic chemical smell from having a new floor put in. AVOID this hotel!

First thing first my experience was horrible. I travel there from Philadelphia with my cousin when we got there we waited at least three hours for a room Meanwhile, I watched other people check in that came in after us so we finally got our room when I went in the carpet was soaked and wet. The refrigerator was leaking. The water barely got hot The sheets and blanket was not changed. There was stains on the sheets and blankets. So now its checkout time. The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional I was asking for a extension she was not telling me anything she just told me to swipe my card but she was rushing me and not explaining anything The older guy at the front desk was very rude. I dont know his name but he wears glasses we was just being treated so wrong I guess because Im a person of color Meanwhile, I watched them handle everyone everyone else so well With respect we got dirty looks from front desk every day I called and made a complaint and the manager still have not called me back very unprofessional. If you are someone of color, I would never recommend this place its not for us at all. I am a YouTuber and I will make my video about this place stay away
