(Oak Manor, Burtonsville, MD) DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH A LOVED ONE!! I cannot stress enough how much I regret ever trusting this place with caring for a loved one. I am now sitting in a hospital room with my father who's receiving stitches on his face due to negligence on their behalf. My father spent two days in this care center and after calling several times for assistance to use the restroom and no one answering he was forced to make an attempt on his own with two broken arms. He fell down and hours went by without even receiving a call about his fall. They were not aware of the fall until they found blood on his pillow! This place is responsible for checking the health of individuals. My father was checked into the hospital for the injuries he sustained from his fall and come to find out, his potassium level was extremely high and found he was extremely dehydrated. I had the need to come to review this place, because there is no way I would ever recommend this place to anyone. If you love your family member keep them far away from this place!!! I cannot stress this enough. I will be filing reports with the bad business bureau and seeking help to prevent this from ever happening to anyone else.
